Our quirky red bus is guaranteed to bring the ‘wow’ factor to any event, corporate or private. We provide our red bus at all types of events from corporate functions, weddings, festivals and any other type of event.
The red bus makes a ‘refreshing’ change from other mobile bars. It is professionally run by staff with many years experience running pubs. Our fully functioning bar is stocked with a good range of beers, ciders, spirits and quality real ales from local breweries. In fact our complete bar service has 14 beer pumps to keep your guests happy. It can be transformed into a Gin Bar, Prosecco Bar, Pimms Bar or whatever takes your fancy!
We also provide ample outside chairs and tables. When you need fun, professional, outside drinks event solutions, The Bus Bar is definitely the right choice!

Event Hire
Our events bus bar is based in Derby and cover the whole Midlands but are happy to travel to other areas to meet your outside bar needs.
We provide a full a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as you would find in any local pub. You can choose which lagers and ciders are on draft, and from the variety of local real ales, predominantly sourced from The Derby Brewing Company and Shardlow Brewing Company.
A large range of bottled lagers and ciders, Guinness, wines, Prosecco, spirits and a variety of soft drinks are also provided. We will be more than happy to provide a bespoke drinks package to suit your event.
Corporate Hire
The Bus Bar provides a quirky and unique focal point for any corporate event. We work with you or your sponsors to source any products you require. We can brand the bus and the exterior seating area with your logos and branding.
We can provide a fully stocked bar service with smart, fun, staff or you can choose a dry hire service allowing you to provide your own drinks and staff.

Catering Hire
A comprehensive food service is also available to suit any event including:

All functions are considered, corporate, festival, promotion, parties, celebrations.
We have seating and tables and large marques, as required and can tailor a package to suit you.
Wedding Hire
At the Bus Bar Hire Company we know that your wedding is the most important day of your life! We work closely with you to theme the bar to suit your wedding. We appreciate that couples want something a bit different and want the flexibility to tailor make their bar and drinks packages.
We will work seamlessly with your outside wedding caterers and ensure your guests remember your wedding as the event of the year… and probably much longer!
